1. Apply to Beijing Environmental Protection Bureau for approval of charcoal fire environmental protection, and submit relevant materials and environmental protection measures.
2. Apply to Beijing Public Security Fire Bureau for approval of charcoal fire control, and submit relevant materials and fire control measures.
