The better districts in Shanghai mainly refer to the central city, including the former French Concession and the Anglo-American Concession. Due to historical reasons, the city north of Suzhou Creek in Shanghai originally appeared behind the core areas of several central cities south of Suzhou Creek.
With the continuous development and construction of the city and the promotion of the North-South balance strategy, the appearance of the city is changing with each passing day, and many rising stars are constantly emerging, such as the Tianshan Gubei area in Changning District; Xuhui Riverside, Xuhui District; South Bund area in Huangpu District; Daning and Suhewan areas in Chang 'an District, Xin Jing; North Bund, Hongkou District; Wujiaochang, Dalian Road and New jiangwan city District in Yangpu District; Changfeng Ecological Park in Putuo District and other places.
