Practice of cooked pork:
Step 1
Wash the pork belly with skin, put it in a cold water pot, add a few slices of ginger and cook for about 10~ 15 minutes until the meat becomes hard and can be easily inserted with chopsticks.
Second step

Third step

1. Pork belly should be fat and thin, and it tastes good. The freshly cooked pork belly is not easy to cut, and it is easy to cut evenly when it is completely cooled and hardened. ?
2. Don't fry pork belly for too long, just fry it until it is slightly boiled. If all the oil is fried, the meat will become very dry and hard and taste bad. ?
