After reading "My Vision of Education

What is in your mind after reading a famous book? For this reason, you need to write a serious after-reading. Then you will write after reading? The following is what I have organized for you, "my educational vision" excellent after reading essay (general 6), just for reference, we take a look at it.

As early as last October, I purchased Mr. Dou Guimei's My Educational Vision through a friend's recommendation. Dou Guimei is a famous elementary school language teacher and principal of Tsinghua Elementary School, a wise woman with a unique style. She is also one of the Ministry of Education's Renewal of Concepts Reporting Group, invited to lecture and report across the country, and loved by teachers and students. With "Rose and Education" as her representative work, Doute has now integrated her educational philosophy and thinking into her many personal monographs, influencing a number of educators and language people.

This time, the educational observation book "My Educational Perspective" created by the Daxia Book Series of East China Normal University Press records a selection of educational essays written by Dou Te after her travels to five countries, namely, the United Kingdom, the United States, Ukraine, South Korea, and Japan, which vividly reproduces Dou Te's educational thinking and description of the current state of education after her travels to the five countries. The text not only restores the record of education phenomenon when Dutt traveled to five countries, but also has a big collision with the current situation of education in China and abroad. When you savor it, you will find that Dutt is holding a kind of out-of-education perspective when he writes part of the cultural essays, and it is inseparable from education. As Dutt himself said:

The record I traveled is not just for the sake of education and write, is to use the words to record the experience, leaving some memories. Sometimes, my passion for recording and thinking about education is far from surpassing my curiosity about other aspects. For example, when I visit a special place, I don't just take a picture, I will pick a small leaf and pick up a small stone as a souvenir. For example, with my not-so-impressive vision, I have written about the monk Jianzhen who traveled to the east, Hemingway, Wright, Jordan, Shakespeare, the difference between Oxford and Cambridge, and even the similarities and differences between Korean women and Japanese women. These may not seem to be directly related to education, and may be inspiring to education.

It has been said that the world is as big as your eyes. Dot is so attentive to every detail that she brings her thoughts on culture and education into her writing, flowing on the white paper as a record of her travel experience. At the same time, I found that Doute went to visit schools with the differences between Chinese and Western cultures, and even more so, she went to listen with some ****ual questions. In the series of "Essays on British Education", Doute learned about the management system of British schools, parents' choice of schools, and the school self-evaluation system, which are the root problems plaguing the development of the current education system, and she also set her eyes on the teacher training system and the construction system of salary and title evaluation system. Dot's gaze through the East-West time tunnel, and China's relevant system for a comparative thinking. In the course of reflection, some detailed issues were corrected. In addition, she also paid attention to observe the characteristics of the church school in England, with a rational eye to praise the excellent teaching tradition.

It can be said that Dodds looked at the world of education with a cultural eye. Because in her eyes, Oxford and Cambridge Universities are the holy places that carry the deep history and culture of the United Kingdom. At the same time also firmly believe that education is the expression of culture, and the flow of culture also constrains the course of development of education. The embodiment of that culture should be a grass, a tree, a flower and a leaf of radiation, as Dodd will think of the great poet Xu Zhimo's "Farewell to Cambridge" on the Cambridge University Bridge. Another example is to think of Shakespeare and lament the literary history of the whole of Britain and even the world. The rendering of culture should be such an uncontrollable force, penetrating into the hearts of the people. And it is with the spread of this culture that education becomes clearer and clearer, forming a firm style that continues to keep the culture thriving. Dot in the book, although did not use too many words to describe everything seen, but everything after all in the unsaid.

In her essay on American education, Dodd mentions invisible moral education, and she is amazed by the civilization and orderliness of the Americans as far as she can see, and even more so by the lack of ideology and morality classes in schools. So she was reminded of the moral education program at Tsinghua Elementary School, and she realized soberly that we cannot survive in moral slogans, but must have actions to train those who come after us, to know the shortcomings, and then to move forward.

In the later installments, Dodd's world travels also brought her a lot of thoughts and feelings related to education and culture, sometimes a shock, sometimes an introspection. With Dodd's global vision, it gives me more expectation for the world of education, and also gives me more delicate attention to the education around me.

I have always been curious about what education is like abroad. Although I have heard some experts in the lecture or from the press to get some information about foreign education, but ultimately not complete, this time, Mr. Xiao's studio recommended Dou Guimei's "My Education Vision", let me appreciate the British, American, Ukrainian, South Korean, Japanese five countries of education notes, "vision" how big, the world is how big, through the reading, make the world a better place, the world is how big. How big is the "vision", how big is the world. Through reading the book, I, who have never had any overseas training, had a feeling of being there, enlarged my vision, and learned about the education and culture of different countries, for example, the self-assessment of schools in the United Kingdom, which is characterized by clear harmony and concise expression. I was also impressed by the "human-centeredness" of Japanese education, the smiles, thanks, and compliments of Americans, and the Ukrainian school's teacher's museum.

1, about the culture

Campus culture is the soul of the development of the school, Tsinghua Primary School in the construction of the campus to ask Ha, to create the process of campus culture, pay special attention to the participation of teachers and students: according to the teachers and students of the willingness and the idea of the teachers and students on the one hand, on the one hand by the professional staff to implement and realize the teachers and students, on the one hand, let teachers and students of the actual combat talent to go to the temple! Campus in their own minds. From Mr. Dou's description, I felt the core idea of Tsinghua Primary School's campus culture construction, from which I associate myself with my own thinking about campus culture construction, the kindergarten has gone through four years of beautiful time, and our work is gradually standardized and perfected, and at the same time, we have never stopped thinking about the kindergarten's culture construction, and the first kindergarten running ideas consultation in November 2010, had Mentioned our initial vision of cultural construction, to the teachers to solicit proposals for running the school characteristics, to understand the teachers on the characteristics of the proposals and ideas; and we discuss activities with teachers, all one by one, we have been concerned about the construction of campus culture, but a new garden, we better understand that the campus culture is not a one-step process, is not a few people can be accomplished by discussing the matter, it is the need for kindergarten for everyone's * * * *The first step is to make an effort to realize that the school culture is not a process that can be accomplished overnight, but it is something that needs to be done by everyone in the kindergarten.

Along the way, we are a group of people from different places into a collective, the collective embodiment of the "integration" is also a kind of "culture" that we experience, the children need to integrate, teachers need to integrate. Kindergarten step by step, from no to have, from have to excellent, are through hardship, leaving children, teachers, the growth of the footprints, footprints can best reflect the growth of the kindergarten course, we have not stopped moving forward, and every sincere forward always leave a lot of growth footprints, which is close to the FenYi growth of our marks, recorded our teacher's educational life, recorded the development of our children.

We have not stopped exploring the development of fairy tale resources, not only for the formation of the results of the garden-based curriculum, but also focus on the planning, construction and implementation of the curriculum, focusing on the development of our children in the course of the practice, reflection, revision, and then practice, and the process of continuous improvement, the process of the teacher's educational life. Children like fairy tales, fairy tales can retain the childishness, our pursuit of fairy tales as a carrier of the childishness, care for the childishness, feel the beauty of the childish world.

2, student-oriented,

In Mr. Dou's book, wrote "the United States is the paradise of the children, young people's battlegrounds, the graves of the elderly" is good, in the school, the pouncing on the "student-oriented". "Everywhere you can see, in the sinus teacher visited the Blue Shield of Washington State Boys Middle School, the school does not have luxury meeting rooms, all the teachers, meeting rooms or theaters are prepared for the students, in the cafeteria visit, see the students to eat time, the principal let the guests attend the cafeteria to leave together, the school's philosophy of school are based on the development of the students, the Foxglove International Junior High School in California During the tour, "when it was time to dismiss the class, the leader told us to continue to observe the students where they were, not to go out of the classroom, and that we had to wait for the bell to ring and for the students to take their exams before we could go out - because she was worried that we would be disturbing the walk-in students if we imaged them dismissing the class! ". These details of the description, all y feel what is student-oriented, education as the same, although the book describes the primary and secondary schools, but education is the same, we as kindergarten administrators, should always be "student development-oriented" concept internalized in our practice, we often say that we need to respect young children, to develop young children, in these slogans, we need to respect young children, to develop young children. Development of young children, behind these slogans, the need for action to support, not written for others to see, but to let that in the kindergarten of every employee, parents feel, let the children experience, let the kindergarten visitors from the details of the observation, as Mr. Dou's book wrote: "how to adhere to the student-oriented philosophy, and consistently implemented in the educational practice, embodied in the details of education. , embodied in the details of education."

3, on the emotional

In Mr. Dou's book there is such a sub-title "How to accumulate your emotional account", I am particularly interested in such a title, but also particularly let me produce **** vibration, the book describes a few cases, is that I have encountered difficulties at work, and through the case study of the case study, I have been able to find out what is the most important thing for me. The book describes several cases, which are the difficulties I encountered in my work. Through the interpretation of the cases, I feel that I have found the golden key to open the house of wisdom, which allows me to learn how to deal with some interpersonal conflicts, and in dealing with the problems of the teaching staff, in addition to the use of the system to control the people, the "sentiment" is also a very important factor to make teachers love their kindergartens and have a sense of identity with the concept of kindergartens. To make teachers love their own kindergarten, have a sense of identity to the concept of kindergarten, have a sense of belonging in the work, can really love the collective, team spirit, these are not relying on the system can be solved, but also need to be emotionally managed. As a director, in the management of kindergarten staff work, often encountered a variety of situations, in the conflict, we must first sincerely, bravely face, not only to adhere to the principle, but also emotionally try to help teachers. While reading, I was reflecting on some of the problems exposed in the management in the past few years, I remembered the first year when the director of the school, announced the results of the teacher's parent questionnaire in the teacher's meeting, I think it is a very normal thing, but also to let the teacher together to understand some of their own grades and the grades of other teachers, and the results of the worst teachers to have a wake-up call, did not think that, when I read out the scores, the teacher had a hard time Pain, she felt that I hurt her self-esteem, I did not feel that I had anything wrong, but that thing has been haunting me, if I can slaughter the meeting before the meeting and that teacher to talk about, the parents of the scoring results of individual exchanges, will not be so that the teacher that difficult, this incident reminds me at times to consider other people's feelings, and to deal with the problem of wisdom.

"My Education Vision" after reading 3

The use of summer vacation time, I read the principal Dou Guimei's "My Education Vision" book, the book mainly about the principal Dou Guimei a few years to travel to a number of countries to see and hear and think about, both on the display of foreign education, but also in the contrast between Chinese and foreign education, and visit visits in the flexible, soft beauty. The author's unique perspective shows the details and stories of education in five countries: Britain, the United States, Ukraine, South Korea, and Japan, showing us another picture of education, which is worthy of every reader who is committed to education to scrutinize and savor.

One of the articles, "Keeping Good Teachers in the Classroom," left a deep impression on me. I am also a teacher, and the comparison of teachers in her book, I think I am still far from being a good teacher has always been my goal. In the future work, I want to learn like the good teachers written in the book, that is, to strengthen their own professional cultivation and moral cultivation, to strengthen their own learning, use the extra time to study seriously, learn advanced education and teaching concepts, learn professional cultural knowledge, learn some advanced education and teaching methods, and combined with their own classroom teaching, advanced education and teaching concepts applied to their own classroom teaching, and form their own unique teaching methods. , to form their own unique teaching methods. Also set up the idea of lifelong learning, to never forget to learn, in teaching at the same time also pay attention to the cultivation of students' learning methods, so that students master the correct learning methods. Strive to make themselves, students continue to improve.

This book presents us with the "vision" of Mr. Dou Guimei's extraterritorial educational visits. I only read it superficially, but after reading this book, I really broadened my "vision of education" a lot.

First of all, it is about "student-oriented".

First of all, it's about the "student-centeredness". Now there is a "student-centeredness concept" in our view of education, and how to implement it is yet to be practiced. This book mentions three details, the cafeteria principal smiled and shook hands with each student, the principal due to our leadership delayed classes and blushed, watching the school band performance special children around the teacher or parents to accompany, these three details are small, but enough to see the "student-centered". Although our country strongly advocate the concept of student-centered, but the implementation of the concrete is a big problem, want to do a good job, but also need to plan a good, and need time to verify. As Rafe says, "Achieving true excellence requires sacrifice, learning from mistakes, and a great deal of effort. After all, there are no shortcuts in education", and we should be in the "student-centered" on the road to find out, need to continue to practice, need time, need to pay.

Secondly, it is about the survival of teachers. However, compared to South Korea and Ukraine, it is slightly inferior. South Korea respects teachers very much, for example, when a professor comes to the study room, all the students have to stand up and show their respect, and at the airport, professors can be exempted from fines because of overweight books and materials, etc. In addition, the education regulations of South Korea provide for the protection of teachers' rights. Furthermore, Korean education regulations stipulate that appropriate corporal punishment can be administered to students who repeatedly fail to comply with the law, whereas our country stipulates that corporal punishment cannot be administered to students. And in Ukraine, they respect teachers more than doctors, and they have their own museum of teachers where you can see records of their work, etc. However, in the United States, although technology is advanced, the status of teachers is not high, and the salary of teachers is too low, so most people in the United States do not want to be a teacher, while there are very many people in China who want to become teachers. Perhaps to sigh Chinese teachers' treatment is still good, but it must be mentioned that the current state of survival of Chinese teachers is not so optimistic. Although the status of teachers is high, but the salary is not high, in addition, teachers face the mental pressure is also greater, on the one hand, the school for students' performance requirements, on the other hand, the pressure of parents.

Then there is the question of student dreams. In the book, it is written that a principal's dream of running a school is to "cultivate international talents with international sensibilities", and this principal is really working hard on it. About dreams, this is an old topic. It has always been said that a person should have a dream, but a dream does not just happen, and some dreams may have been stifled when one was a child. This reminds me of Sanmao, who once wrote an article about how she wanted to be a rag-picker, which was so unpopular with her teacher that she asked Sanmao to rewrite it, but of course, Sanmao's later literary attainments are all an afterthought. In China, the interpretation of the dream is more abstract, the dream may be a dream, what exactly is done, how to realize, etc. are too abstract. Many students do not know what their dreams are when they go to college, so they finish college in a muddle. I think it's important for students to learn about various industries and careers from a young age so that they can quickly find their dreams and work towards them.

Lastly, I would like to talk about student habits. Habits are something that accompany people throughout their lives and are hard to change, so students should develop good habits from an early age. In life, we often use two polite words "thank you" and "sorry", but the students in their daily lives and not too much use, for the help of others will not say "thank you", that is, do not know how to use the word "thank you". However, students don't use them too often in their daily life. If they don't say "thank you" for others' help, they don't know how to be grateful; if they don't say "sorry" for their mistakes, they don't know how to admit their mistakes. Although we always emphasize civilization and politeness, we do not put it into practice. Another habit is to smile. A smile can make others feel your kindness, your friendliness, and put them in a good mood. In the U.S., no matter familiar or unfamiliar, no matter whether you are talking to them, as long as your eyes fall on them, even if it is unintentional, the warm smile will jump on the face. The smile is infected with smiles, and we expect to see the sincere and beautiful smiles of others wherever we go.

After reading this book, it is also very tempting to go to various countries to walk around and experience the different education in each country. The future of my career as a teacher is still very long, and I expect that I can go on very well.

I have a deep feeling after reading Mr. Dou Guimei's "My Education World". The contents of this book are basically the essays written by Ms. Dou Guimei during her educational visits abroad. Though they are essays, they provoke thoughts among the drops, like a spring of fresh water moisturizing the heart. She always records what she sees, hears, and thinks very quickly after a study tour, reflecting the author's excellent professional habits. She writes about the story and is also a participant in the story itself.

I remember someone said that education has never been as active as it is today, nor as chaotic as it is today; education has never been as diverse as it is today, nor as divergent as it is today; education has never been as prosperous as it is today, nor as muddled as it is today. Living in such a time, teachers must always keep a clear mind, maintain a simple affection for education, keep our fixation, and maintain the spirit of reflection and criticism.

Ms. Dou Guimei also wrote her own reflective critique during her visits abroad. From time to time during her visits abroad, there are comparisons and reflections on her teaching and learning with domestic education. In the observation and experience of specific situations, the author has gained a deeper level of insight and reflection on many educational phenomena and educational issues. The article "Keeping Good Teachers in the Classroom" is the author's feelings and insights after examining the professional requirements of teachers in the United Kingdom and corresponding with the professional requirements of teachers in the "Tsinghua-affiliated Primary Schools' Action Program". In this mutual reflection, it reinforces one's belief that "In the profession of teaching, we practice forever!" Such a narrative process of rational "contemplation", in the text there are deep and shallow, there are hidden and obvious, at times, so that people can not help but stare and stop. When perceiving and examining the safety awareness and measures of foreign schools, the worry about the lack of our schools in this regard can be seen implicitly.

The author is not only thinking about the way we educate our children, but also about teachers. In both the British and Korean essays on education, there are questions about attitudes to teachers." American schools have introduced "track education" and "standardized testing" that has prejudiced and influenced American teachers, students, and parents, and Chinese schools have adopted a variety of "tiered education", Chinese schools have adopted a variety of "tiered education" and "standardized testing and practice" to treat students differently by level and category, which has also caused prejudice and influence on Chinese teachers, students and parents.

Dr. Neil Noddings, in his book Happiness and Education, proposes "happiness as the purpose of life and education," and I think this is very important. If we take the happiness of students and teachers as the purpose of education, we will not pursue "standardized tests" and treat students differently at different levels. If we focus on the happiness of teachers and students, rather than on getting high scores and being streamed into good classes and schools, then the happiness of both teachers and students will increase.

I believe that to improve the happiness index of teachers and students must adjust our education and teaching goals. Secondary education should not just counsel students to get a good college, our secondary school teachers should not just for the college entrance examination rate lectures. Our more important educational work is to help young people grow up healthy and happy.

I also have a deeper impression in this book is the section "Spring, what our students do". It's about student creativity. People are creative from early childhood. The development of curiosity and creative imagination are two of the most important manifestations of the formation and development of their creativity. In general, young children express their creativity through a variety of activities, such as painting, music, dancing, making and playing.

Elementary school students have a more pronounced creative performance, and the characteristics of elementary school students' creativity are manifested in independence, dispersion, and valuable novelty. From the point of view of the content of creation, elementary school students from the concrete image material processing development to the processing of discourse abstract material; in independence, elementary school students after imitation of the transition stage, slowly develop their originality. Look at the foreign practice class, we should also strengthen the training in this area.

In this book, the author never hastily summarizes anything in the abstract, and has a touching educational enthusiasm and educational sensitivity to the scenes and details. In a special education school visit, because the students will soon be dismissed, but "we" are still asking questions, "the principal is very anxious ...... and look at her face, red to the root of the neck. But out of politeness, the principal didn't interrupt us". The principal of the children's heart of care jumped off the page. Obviously, the author was y moved, and took "The principal's face reddened" as the title of the subsection. Among them, we feel the author of the details of the educational situation subtle and valuable educational understanding.

This book has almost no academic conclusions, but it is common to give people inspiration "aphorisms" of the text; there is no logical chain of arguments, but it is common to let people follow the realization, followed by the vivid details of the touch, as well as sincere, real admiration, doubt and emotion. Things" and "thoughts" are naturally connected together, and many of them are almost like "things", "thoughts", and "poems". "Poetry". In particular, the third series of "Ukrainian educational essays", the author of Sukhomlinsky's reverence and love, can be touched between the lines!

This is an excellent . Educational narrative work, an example of educational reflection of educators. We see what is the life of an educator, what is the educational life of an educator. Living an educational life is the true expression of a teacher's professionalism. Narrative and reflection allow us to think more y about education.

The book My Educational Perspective6

The book My Educational Perspective, through the educational essays made by Ms. Dou Guimei on her visits to five countries, namely, the United Kingdom, the United States, Ukraine, South Korea, and Japan, shows us the different styles of education in these five countries in simple and unadorned language, and reveals the differences between domestic and foreign education as well as the differences between education in a rigorous and pragmatic manner.

A trip to the UK

Let the good teachers stay in the classroom. This statement fully reflects the importance of the teaching position. In the UK, even if you have obtained a teaching license, you can't be a teacher if you don't pass the one-year internship period, which reflects the strictness of recruiting teachers. At the same time frontline teachers are treated no worse than the management, which is an important reason for being able to keep good teachers in the classroom. This is not the case in our country. As soon as you get your teaching license into your internship, you're basically on the hook. Frontline teacher pay is always worse than management, so those who are teachers either work hard and strive to be leaders, or settle for the status quo and do their jobs calmly, which is a reflection of the fact that teachers don't get the respect they deserve. Without passion, burnout follows. As the book says: At present in China, the tradition of honoring teachers is still there? Teachers have quality of life and dignified treatment realized? Teachers are as good as any in the world! Even if we fail to live with dignity, we will try to be teachers with dignity! Who let us still have a teacher's virtue in us!

Second, a trip to the United States

American smiles, thanks and praise.

Always smiling. No matter when and where, no matter adults and children, no matter how high or low the work, always the same is the warm smile of the Americans. Natural, quiet, sincere with concern and respect. And these are exactly what we are missing. I really hope that our children in the campus can bloom from the heart smile, I hope our teachers can really work happily, live happily, this seems simple hope may also be very difficult.

Thank you, thank you, thank you. "Thank you" has become an American mantra. As the book says, "thank you" is the good atmosphere we need to live, but also our life must reflect the roundness. The heart of thanks, over time, will be transformed into a heart of gratitude, which is the sublimation of our life to show our true colors. Chinese people do not lack of smile and thanks, but to develop habits is the most difficult. So the key is the formation of habits.

Constant praise. Praise has become an American habit. Americans educate children has always been to encourage, praise-based, from the school classroom to the family, the child is invariably in the encouragement, praise in the sound of growing up. The child takes the praise as a way of behavior passed on, it forms a praise culture in the whole society. Some Americans believe that improving self-esteem is an important prerequisite for success in life. Praise is always the best spiritual nourishment at any time. In the United States, no matter whether it is the superintendent, principals, teachers, students or community residents, one cannot see any depressing and tense faces, everyone is doing his or her own job and enjoying himself or herself. From this, I think of our school education, although we also advocate appreciation education, but the loud slogans have drowned out the actual action. What our students lack is the "praise" that everyone in America has.

Three, Ukraine

Everything is national. Ukrainian schoolchildren are given afternoons to study the arts, including Ukrainian history and culture. They are expected to sing national songs and dance national dances - in short, one of the key goals of Ukrainian education is to imprint a national identity on the child's body. This certainly enhances national pride and national cohesion. Our schools seem to be seriously lacking in this aspect of education, and we all work tirelessly to create students with high scores, as if we were learning to drive nowadays, and learning what to test. Students are like the tool of competition between schools, tired of learning, helpless to accept, the teacher is like the workers, resting people do not rest horse in turn to the students knowledge indoctrination, the poor students which still have the personality of the words, not to mention the interest of even the teacher is not also a serious professional burnout? The short-sightedness of education has resulted in the absence of national culture and the extinction of individuality. Previously also mentioned love of country first from the love of home, and ideals to serve the motherland. What about now? Getting into a good school, getting into a good university, and getting a good job is the educational philosophy of most parents and teachers. In this regard, we really have to learn from Ukraine that the essence of the nation should never be lost, modern knowledge should always be learned, and national education and patriotic education for students should never be lost. Otherwise, our education will really be a complete failure.

Fourth, the trip to South Korea

So important to honor teachers. Korea's school education, not only for the cultivation of modernization needs of middle and senior scientific and technological talents and well-trained workers to play a decisive role, but also greatly improve the overall cultural quality of the people. And whether it is kindergarten teachers, elementary school teachers, or secondary school teachers, their salaries are generally higher. The fact that Korea attaches such importance to education shows how much respect they have for teachers. Come to the same as parents, Koreans in front of the President can be messed up, but not in front of the teacher. When a Korean teacher hits a student (of course we are absolutely not allowed to), the parents will apologize to the teacher with deep remorse for making her angry. Do we dare? That is the motherland's flowers, but also the little emperor ah, can not touch, can not train, only coaxed to get. Do not say that the teacher does not have much status, is there, who dares ah? The first thing you need to do is to get your hands dirty.

V. Japan

Whose burden is heavier. In Japan, classroom teachers are expected to teach math, language arts, physical education, and other subjects - almost exclusively, except for music and art. In addition to day-to-day management, teachers have 23 lessons per week. In comparison, we should have it relatively easy. Yet easy? Just as tiring. But the reasons for being tired and the results of being tired are different from those in Japan. Although Japanese teachers are tired, they are particularly enthusiastic about their work because they have a high sense of responsibility and mission in their profession. Japanese teachers are tired because they devote themselves to teaching and learning, and they can study teaching without any distraction. The result of their exhaustion is that they produce workers who satisfy parents and are useful to society. They are burdened with figuring out how to improve the quality of their teaching - so that parents are satisfied and students enjoy it. In addition, there is not much difference between the salaries of elementary school teachers and university teachers in Japan, which is an incentive for Japanese teachers to have a sense of dedication. And what about us? Tired is not the place, a lot of useless, or image projects, not practical at all. This also leads to tiredness that results in nothing of value, at best, high grade assignments. There is no cultivation of human personality, no stimulation of imagination and creativity, and a complete extinction of curiosity and inquisitiveness in students. Can we blame the teachers for this? Every semester, we have to cope with all kinds of inspections by higher authorities and prepare all kinds of materials. Whether it is useful or not, the more complete the material, the better, really see? Is it really relevant to teaching? As the book says, comparing teachers in China and Japan, the burden is heavy. But what is the value of all the work we have to do?
