1. Determine the installation location.

If you want to install an exhaust fan in the kitchen, you must first determine the appropriate location, pay attention to the absence of obstacles around the air outlet, and keep it spacious, otherwise it will affect the smoke exhaust effect of the exhaust fan. Moreover, attention should be paid to the height of the exhaust fan, which is generally installed at a position more than 0.5 meters away from the cooker. If you use a two-way exhaust fan at home, you need to install it within 0.3 meters to ensure the smoke exhaust effect.

2. Check the exhaust fan

Prepare the exhaust fan after determining the position. Before installation, carefully check whether the exhaust fan is in good condition, and see whether the fixing parts on it are loose and whether the fan blades are deformed. If there is a quality problem, it cannot be installed.

3. Install the exhaust fan

Next, you can start installing the exhaust fan. First, remove the panel and install the fan in the wall hole. Pay attention to the gap between the outer frame of the exhaust fan and the wall, then tighten the screws and finally put the panel back. The exhaust fan must be installed smoothly and cannot be tilted. If the gap between the outer frame and the wall is too large, try to block the gap to prevent oil fume from entering the room.

Step 4 connect the wires

After the exhaust fan is installed, it needs to be connected with wires before it can be used normally. Connect the wire on the wall with the wire on the fan, and separate the main fire line from the zero line to prevent the wire from being connected backwards and affecting the use, and wrap it with tape.

5, installation inspection

After the installation is completed, carefully check whether there are sundries inside the fan and clean it up in time. Also turn the fan blades by hand to see if the rotation is smooth, and listen to whether there is buzzing after the fan is running. If there are some situations, we should deal with them in time.
