What's the difference between intelligent warehouse management system and other warehouse systems?

RF-WMS warehouse management system includes software, hardware and management experience. The traditional concept of warehouse management system ignores management experience and lacks automatic identification hardware. The software in the warehouse management system refers to the software that supports the operation of the whole system, including receiving processing, shelf management, picking operation, platform management, replenishment management, in-warehouse operation, cross-warehouse operation, periodic inventory, radio frequency operation, processing management, matrix billing and so on. The hardware in the warehouse management system is used to break the bottleneck of traditional data collection and upload, and the accuracy and transmission speed of data are improved by using automatic identification technology and wireless transmission. Management experience refers to a set of management concepts and processes integrated by developers according to the management methods and concepts of customers in their development experience, so as to realize the real management of enterprises.

The functions of the warehouse management system generally include:

1. System function setting module

Customize the management rules of the whole system, including the function of defining administrators and their operating passwords;

2. Basic data maintenance module

Generate a unique basic barcode serial number label for each batch of products. Users can define the serial number according to their own needs. Each model of product has a fixed coding rule, and products can be added, deleted and edited in the database.

3. Procurement management module

(1) Purchase Order: when purchasing is needed, you can fill in the purchase order, which will not affect the inventory; (2) Purchase receipt: After the purchase is completed, when the purchase order is approved and the goods arrive, the barcode serial number is affixed to the goods first, and then the barcode is scanned on the purchase receipt. After saving, the inventory will increase automatically. (3) Other warehousing: only need to fill in the purchase receipt, including the return and return of the loaned goods;

4. Warehouse management module

(1) Product warehousing: for purchase warehousing or other warehousing, warehousing numbers are automatically generated, goods and options are convenient and quick, and different warehousing methods such as normal warehousing and return warehousing can be distinguished. (2) Product delivery: For sales delivery or other delivery, delivery numbers can be automatically generated to distinguish between normal delivery and gift delivery. (3) Inventory management: without manual management, the system automatically generates the inventory quantity of each product when it is in and out of the warehouse, which is convenient for query; (4) Special product library: When customers need to distinguish products, they can establish a virtual warehouse to manage the products that need to be distinguished, and the functions are consistent with the normal product library. (5) Transfer management: according to the needs of transfer between different warehouses, transfer order numbers can be automatically generated, and goods can be transferred between different warehouses at will. (6) Inventory management: users can make inventory of warehouses at any time and automatically generate inventory documents, which makes the inventory work convenient and quick. (7) Alarm for upper inventory limit: When the inventory quantity does not meet a certain quantity, the system will give an alarm.

5. Sales management module

Sales Order: when sales are issued, the sales issue document should be filled in first, and the inventory will not be affected at this time; Sales Order: When sales are issued, the serial number of products issued by the sales warehouse will be scanned on the issue document. After saving, such products will be automatically reduced in the inventory report.

6. Report generation module

Automatically generate sales reports, purchase reports, month-end, quarter-end, and year-end inventory reports, as well as user-defined reports that need statistics;

7. Query function

Purchase order query, sales order query, single item query, inventory query, etc. (user-defined). The query is based on certain conditions: barcode serial number, delivery date, delivery customer, etc.

8. Resume query function

You can manage the history of goods, personnel and customers, including the history of goods in stock, the history of personnel operation and the history of customer business.
