What communication technology is used for subway operation in China

Wireless communication system technology.

The construction of the subway communication system can not be separated from the leading communication technology, mainly including transmission system, program-controlled switching system, wireless system, broadcasting system, clock system and UPS.

In 1860, the first 6-kilometer subway was built between Farringdon Street and Bishop Road in Paddington, London, using the cut-and-cover method.

Opened in full on January 10, 1863, this was the London Metropolitan Railway, the world's first underground railroad system, carrying 9.5 million passengers in its first year of operation. Because electricity was not yet widely available, the underground railroad had to be pulled by steam locomotives, and because the exhaust fumes released by the locomotives were harmful to the human body, the designers of the time had the brilliant idea that the tunnels had to be ventilated at intervals to open them up to the ground.

In 1866, the City of London used a tunnel shield developed by J. H. Greathead to dig a "tube" route. The tunnels were cut deep enough to avoid conflict with building foundations or municipal pipes and to interfere with street traffic. It was originally planned to be cable-operated, but was later converted to electric traction.
