How to write the transfer contract of real estate agency?

1) must be changed: legal person, shareholder, executive director, supervisor and manager.

2) It can be changed: company name (to be renamed) and registered address (preferably not across regions).

3) Required materials: resolutions of shareholders' meeting (old and new), equity transfer agreement, resolutions of executive directors, new articles of association (or amendments to articles of association).
