Which is the most standardized specification for soccer balls

The ball is round and made of leather or other suitable material. The circumference of the ball, in the most classic soccer style, must not exceed 70 centimeters (28 inches) and must not be less than 68 centimeters (27 inches). The weight of the ball must not exceed 450 grams (16 ounces) and must not be less than 410 grams (14 ounces) at the start of play. The air pressure of the ball is 0.6 to 1.1 atmospheres at sea level (600 to 1,100 grams per square centimeter = 8.5 to 15.6 pounds per square inch). Replacing Substandard Balls If a ball breaks or is substandard during play: stop play. Replace the ball with a standard ball and restart play by dropping the ball at the spot where it was broken. If the ball was in the goal area, the spot where the ball was dropped is on the goal area line parallel to the goal line, closest to where the ball was when play was stopped. If the ball breaks or is out of place when not in play, e.g. at half-time kick-off, goal kick, corner kick, free kick, penalty kick or throw-in: restart play in accordance with the rules. The match ball may not be changed during match time without the referee's consent.
