Recently, all localities have actively promoted the implementation of urban renewal. Do not destroy the topography, cut down old and famous trees and existing trees with local characteristics, dig mountains and fill lakes, change or occupy rivers and lakes at will, rebuild parks with historical value at will, change old place names at will, put an end to the chaos of "being greedy for perfection, obsessed with foreign countries and seeking differences", and prohibit plagiarism, imitation and cottage behavior in buildings. Adhere to the low-impact renewal construction mode, maintain the natural landscape environment of the old city, protect historical sites such as ancient wells, ancient trees and ancient bridges, encourage the use of local building materials and forms, build urban buildings that reflect regional characteristics, national characteristics and the style of the times, strengthen urban ecological restoration, leave blank space to increase green, and retain the "genes" of the city's unique regional environment, cultural characteristics and architectural style.

(8) Strengthen overall planning. Don't ignore the local reality and residents' wishes, treat the headache and the foot pain, and blindly carry out urban renewal by sports. It is necessary to strengthen the overall planning, adhere to the urban physical examination and evaluation first, classify and implement policies according to local conditions, reasonably determine the key points of urban renewal, delimit urban renewal units, fully link them with relevant plans, scientifically formulate urban renewal plans and plans, establish a project library, clarify the implementation time sequence, explore planning, land, finance, financial and other policies applicable to stock renewal, improve the approval process and standards, broaden financing channels, prevent debt risks, and make precise policies, which will be helpful for a long time.
