Three non-standard businesses of banks

The three non-business of banks mainly includes entrusted loan model, bank-trust-bank-insurance-bank-securities cooperation model and asset income right model. Non-standard investment, with less control, belongs to off-balance sheet financing. The non-standard assets business of banks is non-standardized creditor's rights assets business, and banks can earn intermediate fees from this business, which is a main source of non-standard investment funds of banks.

Three non-standard businesses of banks

1. Entrusted loan mode: the financial funds invested by investors in this business are used to invest in designated projects to issue loans, which is equivalent to the bank helping investors to carry out a financial plan, and the bank plays the role of intermediate transition choice;

2. Bank-trust-bank-insurance-bank-securities cooperation mode: the bank finds the investment object and determines the financing price, the relevant trust company issues loans according to the transaction, and the bank raises funds to invest in the plan through the handling personnel of the business;

3. Asset usufruct mode: The financial funds invested by investors in this business directly invest in the corresponding asset usufruct of the enterprise, so as to achieve the purpose of holding the usufruct, and finally can be sold back to the enterprise or sold to other investors.
