The logo consists of the eagle of seeking truth, shield, the year of establishment of the medical school and the snake staff of Asclepius; the snake staff is a symbol of the medical tradition; the shield and the eagle of seeking truth symbolize the defense of health and life, and seeking truth from facts in the medical career. The motto of the school is "benevolence, benevolence, seeking truth, seeking innovation, benevolence, seeking truth, innovation, excellence"

Interpretation: reflecting the motto of Zhejiang University "Seeking truth, seeking innovation", highlighting the characteristics of the medical discipline, and expressing the spirit of "Zhejiang Medical University", which is a combination of the humanistic spirit of love, selflessness and dedication, and the scientific spirit of seeking truth, seeking innovation.
