Lulu: I'm trying to give you a scenario answer from my point of view. Users choose the separation of vehicle and electricity, which is rechargeable, replaceable and upgradeable. If you already have a pile at home, you don't need to change the power station, but it is a diversified and scalable choice. As we know, whether it is a mobile phone or a car, the battery has an irreversible decay problem under normal circumstances, that is to say, when the car is driving in the third and fourth years, the battery will inevitably decay. And what is the service of changing electricity? But you can change a relatively healthy battery at any time, which can dispel your worries. Also, if you choose the vehicle-electric separation mode now, changing the battery will give you an upgrade experience. For example, Fan Fei will upgrade a new battery pack with a larger capacity, which can reach 100 kWh, or if you think 100 kWh is too much, you can choose a 77 kWh battery pack, or you can change the battery pack at will during use, so that the monthly rent will be adjusted accordingly, which is acceptable to consumers.

Xue Jiong: User operation seems to be a fashionable term in the automobile industry now. Different product users have slightly different operation methods and modes. Although they are the most basic functions of customer acquisition, retention and transformation, the cost of customer acquisition at each point is different. Pure Internet products have high frequency and low price, and the brand cost is relatively low. Therefore, for high-priced and low-frequency products such as automobiles, the means of reaching customers are insufficient. In the traditional mode, car companies sell cars to dealers, and user operations are completed by dealers. Now, after the transformation to smart cars, how to better interact with customers, build better stickiness, and generate value in the whole life cycle of users? Not only the user operation itself, but also the whole business model has changed. It was originally purchased from the dealer, and now our whole vehicle is purchased from the App. For Fan Fei Auto, this is an innovation of business model in itself. In fact, from the perspective of order analysis, 30 to 40 years old should be regarded as a relatively mainstream intentional customer base, which is not much different from the overall car buying environment.

Reporter: I want to ask Jin Bo. Today's press conference mentioned that Fan Fei R7 has made a full fusion algorithm in the use of perception. I have probably read the information, which is equivalent to both before and after integration. We want to know what arrangement R7 has for the reliability of the results after two fusions in these two cases. How to ensure that the results that can be integrated can be mutually verified?
Jin Jieyu: You just mentioned that this is a very good point, that is, the conflict in integration. The most prone to conflict is that after fusion, different types of sensors describe different objects or observe different attribute dimensions, which is prone to conflict. This is why, based on traditional ADAS, the functional upper limit actually has a very obvious boundary in continuity, and continuity is difficult to do well, but all operating scenarios can pass the evaluation once and for all with well-made products. But if you want to keep this function, it is actually very difficult to keep improving. The advantage of pre-fusion is to use a chip with large computing power, and then different data of different specifications provide different observation dimensions, but it is relatively easy to get comprehensive observation results by processing all the dimension information comprehensively. When the fusion is mixed before and after fusion, there is actually an easy problem to solve the conflict, that is to say, the results of different sensors and combined sensing actually add the same attributes, such as the independent sensing results of 4D imaging radar. When the combined sensing results of 4D radar cameras are combined, the pure cross attributes after fusion, that is, completely irrelevant attributes, are actually avoided. In fact, there are overlapping parts in the attributes, so that the accuracy, comprehensiveness and real-time performance of all my measurements can be greatly improved by fully integrating the whole environment.
Reporter: Now cars are all on the big screen. Many consumers discuss in the forum that the big screen is not as fast and convenient as the original physical buttons, but now it is easy to get distracted. Is there any improvement or improvement in the convenience of big screen in Fan Fei R7?
Lu Yu: Thank you for your question. First of all, for the big screen, we give users more functional experience and interactive experience. Of course, it would be better to provide physical keys and more tactile feedback. When we designed the cockpit of the flying van R7, we did not abandon the so-called physical buttons. In our car doors, including the central control, we provide users with what they need most, such as seat adjustment, 360-key lying on some scenes, and provide users with physical keys. Jin Jieyu: Because we use large computing chips, the upper limit is very high. Of course, we also want to convey a point. We think that when we talk about chips, especially large computing chips, we will talk about how many there are. In fact, on the other hand, the breakthrough of the industry is from the original supplier's plan to their own research, and then iterate out some new functions, especially some very representative functions. Therefore, from this perspective, we must master the absolute ability to use the large computing part of the chip before we can say that we can do a good job in intelligent driving. Second, you must have your own full-stack self-developed algorithm to drive data. Without these two points, we haven't seen a big breakthrough in the pure supplier scheme yet. Then, regarding urban navigation assistance, in the process of subsequent OTA upgrade, we will continue to expand new scenes and do some small spoilers, including crossing intersections and urban navigation, including richer perceptual presentations, including some highlights in the urban area. With the upgrade of OTA, these functions will be unlocked continuously.
Reporter: First, what are the considerations behind the location selection of lidar? Secondly, 4D millimeter wave radar is used as sensing hardware to promote the intelligent driving function of C-terminal in the industry. As the first product in China, Fan Fei R7 is equipped with mass-produced 4D millimeter-wave radar. Where is the ability boundary? Where is the ultimate capability boundary of the 5G lidar scheme? Finally, what is the expected sales volume of Fan Fei R in July? Do you want to mark competitors?
Jin Jieyu: Let me answer two questions about intelligent driving first.
First, the lidar is placed on the roof. The world's first car for mass production of lidar is Audi A8, which uses SCALA's lidar, and the wiring harness is relatively low, with only four. Today's lidar has developed to a higher wire harness. Higher wiring harness means finer observation ability, and it has a natural advantage on the roof-it can give full play to the ability of lidar itself at a higher angle of view, especially the observation ability of the front car, the front car and obstacles.
Second question, 4D millimeter wave radar has been equipped on overseas high-end models, such as BMW 7 Series. Compared with traditional lidar, millimeter-wave radar itself lacks the ability to sense contact points, because lidar is simpler, more direct and less noisy. However, based on years of industry experience, we have a very solid understanding of the sensor capability boundary and application, and choose a certain sensor. Using 4D millimeter-wave radar, we have done a lot of work, such as developing a network of machine learning to learn similar dimensions, and dealing with static obstacles in the whole road structure and time series. This is why it can be said that in the test data you see, compared with one month, we have increased the speed of identifying static obstacles for all models to 80 km/h, which is still due to our ability to process algorithms or data.
As for the capability boundary, I think we can look forward to it. I believe that among all the models using Orin chips, we are going very, very fast. At present, Rising PILOT has been able to lay out the BEV multi-thermal neural network with 360-degree imaging, which is why we dare to open the SR interface for the first time and provide users with very rich real-time sensing information. With the progress of our technology, this information will become more and more reliable.
