How to make spicy sauce? All regions are fine
3 tbsp hot and spicy bean paste, 3 tbsp soy sauce paste, 3 tbsp red chili powder, 3 tbsp pepper powder, 1 tbsp crispy green onion, 1 tbsp crispy garlic, 1/2 bowl of sesame oil.
How to make the sauce:
1. Chop the onion paste and garlic paste with a knife into fine pieces, take a container, add the spicy bean paste, red chili powder, pepper powder, chopped onion paste, chopped garlic paste and soy sauce paste and mix well to make the sauce.
2. Pour the sesame oil and sauce into a dry pan and slowly stir-fry the sauce over low heat until the sesame oil turns into red hot oil and the aroma overflows, then turn off the heat and let it simmer for a night.
This is a Taiwanese style of hot and spicy sauce, but I don't know if it's the same as Sichuan hot and spicy sauce, or if it's more in line with the public's tastes, because I'm afraid of spicy food.
