Resource advantages of Daxing town

(1) Natural resources. The territory is rich in resources, with 23,000 mu of cultivated land and 200,000 mu of national nature reserve-Huanglianshan, from which rare animals such as black gibbon, panda, brown eared pheasant and green peacock are derived. Planting Robinia pseudoacacia, Hedysarum, Yellow Grass, Polygonum Multiflori Radix, Coptidis Rhizoma, Rhubarb and other precious medicinal materials. The main rivers are Songdong River, Guidong River, Mazong River, Made River, Laobian River and Dongde River, all of which originate from the territory and are the main water sources for farmland irrigation in the town. The main industries are star anise, tea and tsaoko. Green industry has been cultivated to 84,000 mu, including: tea planting area of 24,000 mu, octagonal area of 30,000 mu, Amomum tsaoko of 20,000 mu and others 1 10,000 mu. The construction of 10,000 mu of cherry blossom garden with ornamental value and economic benefits has been steadily advanced.

(2) Mineral resources. There are nonmetallic mineral deposits such as iron, copper, lead, zinc and crystal stone, which have great development potential;

(3) National cultural resources. In the process of historical development, all ethnic groups in Daxing Town have formed their own unique traditional culture. The activities of the Hani people's "Rubin" in offering sacrifices to gods, such as Zat (October), Kuzaza (June) and Angmatou (offering sacrifices to village gods), are more distinctive. "Torch Festival" of Yi people; Yao festivals include "Wang Pan Festival" and "Du Jie Festival";

(4) Location advantage. Daxing Town is the political, economic and cultural center of Lu Chun County, with a maximum horizontal distance of 22.5 kilometers from east to west and a maximum vertical distance of 22 kilometers from north to south. Jinning Simao Highway runs through the territory from east to west, 200 kilometers away from Mengzi, the state capital, and 450 kilometers north to Kunming, the provincial capital. It is a commodity distribution center at the junction of Jiangcheng County in Yuanyang, Honghe, Jinping and Simao areas, and also a transportation hub leading to eight towns in the county, where the county's processing, commerce, science and technology, logistics, people flow and information are concentrated. The infrastructure is relatively perfect, the people's ideological and cultural quality is high, production and life are convenient, and it has superior suburban advantages over other towns and villages.
