Similarities and differences of three communication methods

There are three basic modes: traditional linear mode, cybernetic mode and social system mode.

Traditional linear model: represented by lasswell and Shannon-Weaver model, communication is expressed as a linear one-way process. Ignore the constraints of feedback and social process on communication process.

Cybernetic model: a communication process model with cybernetics as the guiding ideology. Change "one-way linearity" into "two-way circulation" and introduce "feedback" mechanism.

Barnard, a famous American management scientist, is a representative of the school of social systems. He believes that organization is a complex social system and should be analyzed and studied from the perspective of sociology. Because he studied all kinds of organizations as cooperative social systems, later generations called the management theory system he created the social system school.
