What is the enterprise contract theory?

A contract is a contract and an agreement.

Contract theory, that is, the theory about the status, relationship, way and content of the parties to a contract relationship. Main principles: all parties have equal status, an agreement is reached through free consultation, and rights and obligations are equal.

Enterprise contract theory, that is, when related enterprises, as a social organization, have civil relations with other social organizations in civil activities, the relevant behaviors, methods and contents should follow the principles of equality, voluntariness, consensus, honesty and trustworthiness, enjoying rights and fulfilling obligations.
