Rapeseed oil physical pressing

First, clean the raw rapeseed screened by the vibrating screen to remove large and small impurities. If necessary, remove the soil from the rapeseed material, and then remove the crushed marl with a drip screen. It is required that the impurity content in the final material should not exceed 0.5%, and iron impurities should be prevented from entering the press.

Second, the broken skin is crushed by a small roller machine to break the rapeseed skin. It is required that the broken skin does not fall off, is not crushed, and is in a "smile" shape. The broken skin rate is not less than 85%, and the fineness is not more than 5%. During operation, the feeding should be uniform, the flow rate should be appropriate, and the spacing between grinding rollers should be adjusted appropriately.

3. Add water, pour the rapeseed raw material into the pot, and add some hot water while stirring until the water content in the raw material reaches 13%~ 15%.

Fourth, the frying oil mill equipment uses multi-purpose pots (cylindrical seed frying pots can also be used, with good effect), the final material temperature of frying is 120~ 132℃, and the fried clinker is oil-free, elastic, loose as soon as it is released, and the maturity is even. The residual moisture of clinker after frying is about 2.0%. At the same time, ensure that the material temperature of the press is 120~ 125℃.

5. After the preheating of the press chamber is normal, the material can be officially fed, and the cake thickness can be adjusted to 1.25 ~ 2.5 mm. The quality of the squeezing effect can be judged at will. Therefore, the extrusion operation should be observed, checked and adjusted frequently. In order to improve the oil yield as much as possible, the pressed cake should be thinner, but it is required that the cake does not smoke and burn, and the residual oil in the dry cake should be controlled between 5% and 6%.

6. Crude oil treatment The crude oil squeezed out enters the oil pool, and solid impurities are removed by precipitation at first. If further impurities are needed, a filter can be configured, so that clear oil can be obtained.
