Does orthodontics hurt?

If not, let me tell you that orthodontics actually doesn't hurt at all~

I was scared at first~

I didn't feel a thing when I had them on, and when I slept .

But my lips would get scraped by the wire and have marks.

The saddest part is not being able to eat ....

You can eat thin rice, cereal, and something runny

But it's best to brush horizontally because it's a pain in the ass to stuff your braces with whatever you eat, and it'll be easier to brush this way

And don't drink carbonated sodas, which will corrode the aligners~~
