Bai nationality three tea tea performance

Sancha, Bai nationality, is one of the traditional tea arts of Bai nationality. The three teas are bowl tea, fish tea and tea making. The following is the process of Bai Sanren's tea tasting performance:

1. Cover a bowl of tea

① Prepare boiled water and tea leaves, put the tea leaves into a teacup, and then soak them in hot water.

(2) After the tea leaves are slightly scattered, cover the tea leaves with a tea cover, gently lift the tea cup, hold the tea cover with both hands, turn the tea cup upside down, let the tea seep out, and pour out the water in the tea cup, leaving only the tea cover and tea stains.

(3) Boil the water again, clean the teacup with white sugar and water, pour hot water into the teacup, and remove the tea cover when the teacup is full.

2. Fishing for tea

① Pour hot water into the teacup and let the teacup preheat.

② Pour water into the preheated teacup, add a proper amount of tea leaves, and then add boiling water to soak for 2 minutes until the tea leaves are completely soaked.

3. Push the tea leaves onto the rim of the cup with a tea knife, and slowly pour the soup into the big bowl of tea, leaving the tea leaves in the cup.

(4) Inject boiling water again, and pour it into a big bowl of tea after the teacup is full. Repeat the above steps until the tea soup is clear.

⑤ Slowly pour the whole cup into a large bowl, and pour the remaining tea leaves and tea soup into a large bowl.

⑥ Pour the tea soup in the big bowl into the small cup and enjoy the tea fishing of the Bai nationality leisurely.
