Wood Working Lathe's Lathe Introduction

Wood Working Lathe

Woodworking lathe, which consists of a bed, a tailstock mounted at the end of the rail of the bed, a tool holder mounted in the middle of the rail of the bed, a headstock box mounted at the head of the bed, a spindle mounted on the headstock box and its chuck, an electric motor mounted on the headstock box, and a speed change transmission device mounted on the shaft of the electric motor, the spindle and the headstock box. The motor is characterized in that the said speed change transmission device comprises a fixed half-wheel of a driven speed change triangular belt pulley fixed at the end of the main shaft, a movable half-wheel of the driven speed change triangular belt pulley mounted on the main shaft and inserted with the fixed half-wheel, a push-pull arm mounted on the end of the movable half-wheel with a bearing, a compression spring mounted between the push-pull arm and the headboard box, a toothed wheel fixed to the push-pull arm and parallel to the main shaft and slidable in a hole of the headboard box, a toothed wheel with the toothed wheel engaging the end through the headboard box, and a toothed wheel with the toothed wheel engaging the end through the headboard box. It consists of a rack and pinion fixed on the rack and pinion, a gear shaft with the end of the rack and pinion meshing through the headstock box, an eccentric wheel with a handle mounted on a small shaft in an open groove at the end of the gear shaft, a movable half-wheel and a stationary half-wheel of an active variable-speed delta belt pulley mounted on a motor shaft or a connecting shaft thereof, a compression spring mounted between the movable half-wheel and a retaining ring at the end of the motor shaft or a connecting shaft thereof, and a delta belt mounted on both the active and the driven variable-speed delta belt pulleys. A woodworking machine tool for machining rotating surfaces or complex profiles of wood with a woodturning tool. Woodworking lathe is divided into ordinary woodworking lathe, profiling woodworking lathe and round bar machine.

Ordinary wood lathe workpiece clamped in the chuck, or supported in the spindle and tailstock between the two top for rotary movement (Figure 1 [ordinary wood lathe]). Lathe tool mounted on the tool holder, by the skateboard box with action longitudinal or transverse feeding movement, you can also hand-held lathe tool leaning on the bracket feeding. Ordinary woodworking lathe for turning cylindrical, turning end face (see turning), grooving and boring (see boring) and other processing.

Simulation of wood lathe against the mold (see simulation machine tool) and the workpiece installed in parallel, against the mold can be fixed or with the workpiece in the same direction at the same speed rotation. The tool is controlled by the mold for transverse feeding, and the tool holder carries the action of longitudinal feeding. This kind of machine tool has vertical and horizontal, single-axis and multi-axis points, used for processing furniture incense burner legs, rifle butts and other complex shape surface.

Round bar machine with two pairs of feed rollers to tighten the square wood for longitudinal feeding (Figure 2 [round bar machine]), the hollow spindle within the head of the high-speed rotation, wood through the hollow spindle that is cut into round bars.
