Does the university have a Feng Shui major?

There are universities in China that specialize in geomantic omen.

Tsinghua University Yijing Architectural Feng Shui Class is the first advanced seminar on practical application of building office and home Feng Shui initiated by Tsinghua University Institute of Continuing Education. It's a tea club. I asked the master about the Book of Changes. It is a journey to decipher the mysterious technology of geomantic omen, make architecture conform to "heaven", make life harmonious with "human relations" and learn the essence of geomantic omen culture in China.

Fengshui is closely related to the living environment of modern buildings, and Yijing Fengshui is also an important part of China traditional culture. The goal of our teaching is to impart the essence of China's geomantic culture (Nine Palace Flying Stars and Eight Academy Geomantic omen) to every student, so that students can understand the layout of geomantic omen and choose and create the best living environment with geomantic principles. Many of our students are designers themselves. After study and training, these students can apply the knowledge of Feng Shui to modern architecture, and make them become high-level Feng Shui architects. This is our training purpose.

Through learning, students can understand the classification of ancient geomantic omen theory and study its philosophical connotation, mathematical laws and limitations from a historical perspective. This paper systematically summarizes and analyzes the functions and concepts of ancient geomantic omen, and on the basis of summarizing, analyzing and studying the relationship between the architectural environment and China's ancient geomantic omen theory, provides scientific reference for the design and planning of modern architecture.

As a course of architectural geomantic omen in higher vocational colleges, we should pay attention to the combination of geomantic omen and architectural art, and analyze the contents of architectural planning and site selection, urban site selection, single building design, interior decoration and so on from the perspective of architectural geomantic omen.
