The methods and skills of anchoring fish are as follows:

If you want to anchor and raise fish, you need to prepare equipment, such as anchor rods, fishing lines and hooks. Choose an open river or reservoir as the location. There should not be too many sundries on the water surface, otherwise it will be hooked by other things. The anchor fish should first throw away the hook, then start to take in the line, which should not be too fast or too full, and finally take out the fish in one go, which can reduce the chance of the fish struggling and prevent it from escaping to other places.

Anchor fish is suitable for lakes, reservoirs and rivers, preferably clean and unobstructed waters. Anchor fish are mainly aimed at silver carp and fat head, and the hook rate of fish with thick scales such as grass carp and carp is relatively low.

There are four ways to anchor fish: paddling, sitting, paddling and floating.

There are three kinds of hooks for anchoring fish: butterfly hook, anchor hook and big fish hook.

Fishing rod for anchoring fish, homemade fishing rod, sea rod.

Skills of anchoring fish:

When anchoring a fish, we are like throwing a sea pole, but we usually throw it as far away as possible, and then start to close the line. When the line is not straightened, we will pull the anchor back hard, let the hook shuttle quickly underwater, and pierce the fish instantly when it touches the fish.

Once a fish has a hook, it is usually a big fish. At this time, according to the size of the fish, it is judged whether to pull it directly or walk the fish. The principle of walking fish is to keep the fishing line stressed all the time, so as to prevent the fish from suddenly releasing and consuming the fish's physical strength. Under normal circumstances, silver carp and fat head can walk even if they weigh more than ten kilograms.

The anchor fish does not use bait, but only bolts the anchor hook into a long line of 0.8 to 1.2 mm, and forcibly throws the anchor hook to the farthest place on the water surface. When the anchor hook falls to the bottom of the water, the sea pole is forcibly pulled, and the pulling distance is about one or two meters. The continuous action depends on the length of the sea pole.
