A relatively balanced ambient temperature is conducive to the mutual penetration of water molecules and food. Anyone who has eaten casserole porridge knows that the aroma, taste and delicacy kill any pot made of kitchen utensils. I like to cook a pot of porridge slowly to spoil myself when I have time.

There are many invisible holes in the pot, so those holes must be filled with starch before the first use, so that dirt will not easily penetrate into it and prevent water seepage. So, today I took out and cooked a pot of porridge, which was cooked and eaten, just in time for my dinner.
I added carrots, mushrooms, broccoli and sliced meat. It's delicious. It seems that all my pores have been ironed in one bite. It fits. It's comfortable. It is really the best porridge in the world!

Add some water to the washed casserole, boil it, and add rice. Generally, the ratio of water to rice can be about 12 times to15, because water will be lost during cooking.
When the fire is boiling, be careful not to go away, because it will overflow the pot after boiling, and the lid must be lifted immediately.
Stir with a spoon after boiling to prevent the rice from touching the bottom. Turn down the heat.
Because the casserole has a good heat preservation effect, we must keep the fire to a minimum and keep cooking. Then, open the lid, leave a gap of the right size and cook for about 20 minutes.
Be sure to leave a gap, or the porridge inside will overflow.
After about 20 minutes, stir with a shovel from time to time, and the rice will become thicker.
As the saying goes, "cook porridge thirty-six times and stir it." Remember to stir more after the rice blooms.
When cooking porridge, prepare side dishes. Dice carrots, mushrooms and broccoli. If the sliced meat is raw, marinate it with shredded ginger, salt and cooking wine. I fried this meat last time, so I used it ready-made.
When the rice becomes sticky, add carrots and diced mushrooms and cook for about five or six minutes.
Add broccoli and cook for a while.
Add some salt to taste, finally add the sliced meat and chopped green onion, and turn off the heat.
The casserole has a good heat preservation effect. You can cook it for a while after turning off the fire.
