What is the legal system? What is the rule of law? What is man's law? Why is the rule of law better than people?

The rule of law and the rule of law, which have the same pronunciation, are two words used separately and have completely different meanings. "Legal system" refers to laws and systems in a static sense, and a dynamic system consisting of legislation, law enforcement, judicature, law-abiding and law enforcement supervision. "Rule of law" emphasizes the management of state and social affairs through law, represents rationality, efficiency, civilization, democracy and order, and is the opposite of "rule of man". In English, rule o of law means ru le o f law, while rule of law means rule of law.

Speaking of legal system, it has a long history in China. In the tradition of "legal system", the emperor is not controlled by law and "cannot be punished as a doctor". Although there is only one word difference between the rule of law and the rule of law, the key difference is that a country ruled by law does not allow anyone to be above the law and to be outside it. The value of the rule of law is that everyone is equal before the law.

"Governing the country according to law" has been formally written into our constitution. This indicates that China has entered a new era of rule of law. "Governing the country according to law" requires the rule of law by the whole people, not by some people and others.
