Every year in Tanzania, on Aug. 8, an agricultural festival, known in Kiswahili as Nane Nane, or "Eight Eights," is held in the country's major cities. I have been in Tanzania for a few years, and every year I go to Morogoro to participate in this "8-8" agricultural festival.
