Commercial electricity rates for 2023 are as follows:

Commercial electricity:

The portion of electricity between 120 kWh and less than 300 kWh will be charged $0.60 per kWh.

The portion of electricity between 120 kWh and 300 kWh is charged at 0.8 yuan per kWh.

The portion of electricity between 300 and 500 kWh is charged at 1.0 yuan per kWh.

The portion of electricity between 500 and 700 kWh is charged at 1.2 yuan per kWh.

The portion of electricity between 700 and 1,000 kWh is charged at $1.40 per kWh.

Commercial electricity refers to the process of circulation of enterprises specializing in the exchange of goods (including the organization of the flow of means of production) and to provide customers with commercial, financial, service paid services, and for the purpose of making a profit on all the power required by these business activities, known as commercial electricity. Including: commercial enterprises (department stores, chain stores, super malls, trust stores, trade centers, grain stores, warehouses, food and beverage, tourism, photography, hairdressing, washing and dyeing, baths, repairs), material enterprises, warehousing, storage and transportation, tourism, entertainment, finance, real estate power consumption and information industry power consumption. Article 44

Prohibits any unit or individual to add other charges in the electricity tariffs; however, if the laws and administrative regulations stipulate otherwise, it will be implemented in accordance with the regulations.

Where the local collector of electricity adds charges to the electricity bill, the people's governments of the provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government shall formulate measures in accordance with the relevant provisions of the State Council.

Prohibit power supply enterprises in the collection of electricity charges, on behalf of other costs.
