What ethnic group makes up Chile?

Mixed Indo-European races make up 75% of the population, whites 20%, and Indians 4.6%. There is a higher concentration of Indians in the southern Araucanía region.

Chinese arrived in Chile around the first half of the 19th century, and the Chinese diaspora has always been small in number and less influential in the region. Among the Chinese-Chinese in Chile, half of the old Chinese operate Chinese restaurants, while the new Chinese are mainly engaged in import and export trade and retail, and a small number of them work in local enterprises.
