What is more important than communication system?

It is true that the internal communication system is indispensable, which is the institutional guarantee for effective communication. However, just having a perfect system cannot guarantee the effectiveness of communication. Regular meetings and regular communication in many enterprises will become a mere formality, so what determines the effectiveness of communication? What is communication?

"Small enterprises rely on people, medium-sized enterprises rely on system management, and large enterprises rely on cultural management." This sentence is regarded as a classic by many people in the industry and enterprises, which fully illustrates the importance of culture. In terms of communication, the most important factor that determines communication is "communication culture construction". Only on the basis of a good communication culture can the communication mechanism play its own role. If enterprise organizations or middle and senior leaders cannot build a harmonious cultural system, it is inevitable and wise for employees or organizations to choose not to communicate or falsely communicate. Therefore, the culture of communication should make people or things willing to communicate reach the realm of "sincerity", "happiness" and "reassurance" in order to ensure the beginning of communication. Moreover, the organization's commitment to communication culture is not only verbal, but also reflected in organizational behavior. After the communication verification of most employees, employees can identify with the communication culture of the enterprise, which is bound to be a process that needs to create an atmosphere for a long time and cannot be achieved overnight.

(2) Where will it spread? Communication is the communication and docking of one idea with another. Communication has an inevitable requirement for the communication environment. Generally speaking, the communication between large organizations or conferences is well known. But for an employee or a small grass-roots organization, the communication environment needs to follow certain communication principles, including communication confidentiality principle, communication understanding principle, communication private space principle and so on. Once this environment is destroyed or not observed, the communication market will lose the principle of "fair trade" in the communication concept. Communicators get "pain", not "communication". Therefore, the communicator is most concerned about where the organization or leader will "connect" communication. (3) Communicating with the disadvantaged groups under the condition of personality: Who shattered the dreams of those who are willing to communicate? Is it the personality of the enterprise or the individual who actively communicates? Compared with ordinary employees, it's not that they don't want to communicate, but when communication is just education or criticism, or employees who actively communicate can't accomplish their own goals at all, the personality of enterprises or leaders defines the inevitable compliance or implementation of communication, and communication loses its meaning. Similar to the result of communication, communication is easy and difficult. Why do employees communicate? Therefore, in the communication market, relatively speaking, employees constitute a vulnerable group of communication, and "knowing that there is no result, why communicate" is the psychological formula of prospective communicators. Therefore, to create a positive communication market, what needs to be changed is the personality of the enterprise. On a certain level, employees are allowed to have incomplete or unsystematic ideas, but they are also allowed to finish their worries or puzzles. It is necessary to mobilize the communication vulnerable groups to actively participate in communication to the maximum extent, so that we can understand the implementation process or possible resistance of our strategic thinking or tactical thinking from the communication at the grassroots level, and also show respect for the humanities and culture of employees from the communication interface, thus mobilizing the enthusiasm of front-line employees.

(4) Communication culture needs systematic thinking: the establishment and real formation of communication culture is a difficult problem for any enterprise, and it is impossible for an enterprise to complete the establishment and improvement of its communication culture through several ideas or slogans. It is necessary to study the communication market, object combination, communication process, communication mode, communication channel, communication friendship, communication policy, communication personality elimination, communication confidentiality and communication results from a systematic perspective, and how to manufacture communication products, establish a systematic organizational communication system, and let enterprises really enter the communication environment.
