Cultivation techniques of straw mushroom clinker
The mushroom house adopts two-zone system of sterilization culture room and mushroom house, which not only prolongs the service life of the equipment in the mushroom house, but also improves the utilization rate of the mushroom house, which is more conducive to industrial production.
Preparation of strain 2
The seeds were cultivated in cottonseed hull culture medium, and the strain V23-8 was introduced from the Culture Collection Center of Fujian Agriculture and Forestry University.
3 Formula and raw material treatment
3. The formula of1culture medium is bamboo residue 40% ~ 75%, cotton powder 10% ~ 40%, corncob 5% ~ 30%, bran 3% ~ 15%, lime 4% ~ 8% and light calcium carbonate/kloc-0. The water content of the material is 70% ~ 75%.
3.2 raw material processing fresh bamboo residues are mechanically vibrated, screened and pre-wetted, and naturally stacked and fermented for 30-90 days; Cotton flour, corncob and bran need to be dry, moldy and caked, and do not need pre-wetting.
4 mixed materials
Dry-mix cotton flour, corncob, bran, lime and light calcium carbonate with a blender, then add bamboo residue after natural fermentation and continue to stir for 65438±0min, and then add water while stirring until the water content of the material is 70% ~ 75% (because corncob absorbs water slowly and is not pre-wetted, it should be properly wetted when stirring). This mixing method can uniformly coat cotton powder and bran on corncob and bamboo residue, increase water retention and uniformity, lay a foundation for high yield, and greatly reduce labor intensity and labor cost due to mechanized operation.
5 basket loading
Fill in a 45 cm×38 cm× 10 cm sterilization basket, evenly fill in the basket and compact until the surface of the basket is flat (compaction standard is charging height 10 cm, and charging wet weight 15 ~ 16kg/ basket), which can not only improve the water retention of the cultivation materials, but also keep the materials at a certain level.
6 atmospheric sterilization
Moving the basket to a sterilization culture room, introducing steam, raising the temperature to 65438 000 DEG C, and keeping the temperature for 65438 0.5 hours, and keeping the temperature for 4 to 6 hours; This sterilization method can improve the maturity of raw materials, facilitate the decomposition and absorption of Volvariella volvacea mycelium, and greatly reduce the occurrence of pests and diseases. However, the sterilization culture room should not be too large, generally not more than 30㎡, otherwise it will be difficult to heat up quickly and the ideal effect will not be achieved.
7 sowing and mycelium culture
Naturally cooling to 35-38 DEG C, and sowing, wherein the sowing amount is 0. 1 kg/basket.
After sowing, keep the room temperature at 35 ~ 37℃ until bacteria germinate and cover the surface, properly strengthen ventilation and keep the material temperature at 32 ~ 35℃ and the room temperature at 30 ~ 33℃, and the mycelium will reach the bottom of the material in 6 ~ 7 days.
8 Inverted germination
Move the mushroom tray to the mushroom room, invert it, take out the sterilization basket, increase ventilation, and make the material temperature drop to 28 ~ 32℃, spray water on the surface of the material until the surface of the material feels moist, then seal and heat it to 35 ~ 38℃ and 33 ~ 34℃, keep it for 6 ~ 12 h, and then exchange air to keep the material temperature at 33 ~ 35℃ and keep it at room temperature. The method solves the problem that the upper layer of the mushroom plate is dry due to the poor water-retaining ability of bamboo residue, increases the mushroom surface and reduces the management difficulty.
9 mushroom management and harvesting
Keeping the material temperature at 33-35℃, the room temperature at 30-33℃, proper ventilation and proper illumination, and fruiting after 3-4 d; Generally, the production interval of Agaricus bisporus is 3 ~ 4 d, and the biological efficiency of the first Agaricus bisporus can reach 18% ~ 25%.
