The formation of 44 seats in Boshan, the first to promote Boshan Jule Village, is inseparable from the innovation of a generation of famous chefs. According to Records of Boshan District Records and People, Wang Boshan was a famous chef. 19/kloc-In the summer of 0/9, we cooperated with Luan Yuzhuo to establish Jule Village Hotel in Boshan. Luan Yuzhuo is a manager, who is proficient in the production technology of Beijing Mansion cuisine. Wang, deputy manager and director of the red and white case, knows the cooking methods of Jinan restaurant like the back of his hand, which is a perfect match. Due to Wang, Luan Yuzhuo and other famous chefs who are familiar with Beijing cuisine, the regulation of four or four seats was quickly improved and pushed to the extreme, which had an unprecedented impact on the banquet customs in Boshan and surrounding areas.

In the Qing Dynasty, Yuan Mei made an incisive summary of the methods of serving banquets in the "Menu with the Garden": "The method of serving should be salty first, then light, first thick and then thin, then no soup, then soup." Based on this method and the layout of today's banquet, the 44 seats in Boshan are in line with historical traditions and habits. According to the Records of Yanshan Guangji, Boshan used to have three seats, namely six dishes, six small bowls and three big pieces. On this basis, the "Jule Village" was improved to four or four seats, that is, four cold cuts, four rows of blocks, four chunks and four meals. The pattern of four seats or four seats has been used by local residents since it was first created.
