Are there two types of bread served before eating a formal Western meal, called soft bread and hard bread? Do they need to be warmed up in the microwave for guests to eat?
There are generally two or three types of bread, soft bread is the traditional sweet bread, that is, ordinary meal bread, without filling. Hard bread can be made with French bread or other mixed grain breads, such as whole wheat or rye bread. The reason why it comes out this way is because nationals generally love sweet breads, while foreigners prefer hard breads, which are more nutritious.
Generally use the oven, and to beat the moisture to do so. Soft buns are baked soft, hard buns are baked hard :) both are hot before they are ready. Hard bread takes longer. It's best not to microwave, it will dry out the bread.
