Traditional culture and ancient buildings

The following is the travel diary of A Changhuan's Travel Around China. Welcome and often see the great rivers and mountains of the motherland together. Please pay attention if you like it!

Zhenwuge is located in Rong County, Guangxi, on the stone platform on the north bank of Jiang Xiu, the ancient city of Rong County, Yulin City. Zhenwu Pavilion is a three-story pavilion with double eaves resting on the top of the mountain. Zhenwu Pavilion was built in Mingwan (1573). The pavilion itself is 13 meters high and the platform is nearly 20 meters high. Zhenwuge is made of plaid wood. The whole exhibition hall consists of more than 3000 pieces of wood. There were no calculators in those years. It is fascinating how the builders built it.

Zhenwuge 196 1 was inspected in the south by Mr. Liang Sicheng, an ancient Chinese architect. Under the guidance of Comrade He from the Investigation and Research Office of the Party Committee of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region, I realized that there was a strange structure in Rongxian County. On the second floor, there were four pillars hanging in the air, and the feet of the pillars were about one inch from the floor. And went to inspect, and later, after Mr. Liang Sicheng's surveying and mapping inspection, it was determined that the four cantilever supports on the second floor of Zhenwuge belonged to the unique lever principle in the history of architecture. Later, Liang Sicheng published a report, which attracted the attention of the society. Zhenwuge, Yueyang Tower, Yellow Crane Tower and Wangtengting are also called the four famous buildings in the south of the Yangtze River. 1982 has been designated as a national key cultural relics protection unit by the State Council.

Ancient architecture is an important part of China traditional culture. In addition to the magnificent palace buildings, there are pavilions, temples, Taoist temples and folk houses. These ancient buildings are all amazing. Some buildings are even built on the edge of cliffs, but they can stand for a hundred years with only some wood support, which makes people have to admire the wisdom of the ancient people in China. But what I want to talk about today is a Gu Lou with four pillars hanging in the air, but100000 kilograms has stood overhead for 445 years.

The magic of Zhenwu Pavilion is that it is built on a "sand table". The whole building adopts the principle of lever structure, without a nail, only wood and blue bricks. The four pillars on the second floor can't touch the ground and are pried up like scales to maintain the balance of the whole building. Since the Ming Dynasty, five major earthquakes, eight major hailstorms and two major storms have been struck by lightning, all of which are safe and sound. So far, science can't explain them, which can be called uncanny workmanship and human stunts.

Zhenwuge, because it is alone in the southwest, far away from the cultural center, and rarely sings in handed down books, has been unknown. At that time, the craftsmen designed at that time had no names, and the textbooks could only be described as the crystallization of the wisdom of ancient working people. The construction date, structural principle, who designed and built Zhenwu Pavilion and how to build it are still controversial. People can't believe that such a magnificent and unique wooden structure can be built by manpower, so the story and folk song about Luban Stone building a pavilion overnight spread in the local area: "There is a Zhenwu Pavilion in Rong County, and the foot of the column can't fall down. It is said that it was built by the master Lu Ban, and everyone built it in one night. "

Legend has it that the craftsman accepted the task of building Zhenwu Pavilion, but did not recruit materials for a long time, so that people suspected that he was a liar. Finally, one day, he distributed betel nuts everywhere and asked someone to help build a pavilion one day. That night, there was a sudden thunder and lightning, and it was stormy. The next morning, after the storm, it was sunny. People are surprised to find that a magnificent shelf stands high on the ancient platform. What is even more surprising is that the four pillars on the second floor of the exhibition hall did not touch the ground! The man who promised to help build the museum woke up that morning, feeling exhausted and backache, as if he had worked hard all night. People realized that the craftsman was Luban Shixian, and he skillfully borrowed everyone's strength to complete this historic structure overnight.

According to historical records, during the Wanli period of the Ming Dynasty, houses in Rongxian County were often burned down, and Nanshan was generally regarded as Vulcan. The "south" of Nanshan in the Book of Changes is a deviation from divination, and the five elements belong to fire. In the Ming dynasty, the word "Ming" was light, which was also a departure from divination. 1573, the magistrate of a county called officials and gentry to discuss and decided to build a pavilion at Jingluetai, in which the north Xuan Wudi was built, and the north water was separated from Zhenhuo. So I found a famous craftsman and built this pavilion with the best local iron wood. Since then, Jingluetai has become a treasure trove of geomantic omen, and it is no longer a platform for commanding troops.

From the perspective of geomantic omen, when you look at Zhenwu Pavilion from a distance, you can vaguely see the Mars Mountains in Jiaodu Mountain in the distance. Jiaodu Mountain is located in the south of Rongzhou, and its Mars Mountain is in the position of fire at noon, which is the case that Mars hits the wall. Therefore, villages in curtilage fields are prone to fire, and the legend of fire in Rongzhou City is highly credible. However, why can a fire be solved by setting up Zhenwu Pavilion on the riverside? What is the meaning of Feng Shui? Water and fire? It should not be that simple, and it is worth further thinking and exploration.

Zhenwuge is a big knot in Rongxian County, and its origin can be traced back to Yunkai Mountain, which is divided into two main veins by Beiliu Shi Yufeng. One pulse is the peak of Lian Zhen. It branches, one from Gaozhou, Guangdong Province, and the other from Paradise Mountain in Rongxian County. It sinks for hundreds of miles and stands on Du Qiao Mountain. The other extends to the northeast, highlighting Rong Da, the first peak in southeast Guangxi. The heaven is exquisite, the main knot is the stone seal, the bridge is magnificent, and the main knot is the golden bucket. Magnificent, the main knot is Zhenwu Pavilion.

It is precisely because Zhenwu Pavilion has such a strong spirit of the earth that it has a far-reaching impact on future generations. Women are princesses, men are generals, ordinary people are simple and kind, and there are many overseas Chinese, so they are also called "hometown of overseas Chinese".

Zhenwu Pavilion was built in the first year of Wanli in Ming Dynasty (1573) on a stone platform on the north bank of Xiuhe River in Rongxian County. Looking at pavilions from a distance, across the vast plain on the south bank, the southeast mountains stand tall and magnificent. The pavilion itself is 13 meters high and the platform is nearly 20 meters high, which is also the object of surrounding viewing.

Jingluetai was founded in the second year of Tang Dynasty (759). Jie Yuan, a famous poet, went to the Rong County Governor's Office as the envoy of Rong Guan, built Lu Jingtai in the east of Rong Zhou, and trained to travel the mountains. Zhenwu Temple was built on the strategic platform in the early Ming Dynasty, and Zhenwu Pavilion was built in the first year of Wanli in the Ming Dynasty (1573). It is a three-story pavilion, which is now Zhenwu Pavilion.

Zhenwuge, Yellow Crane Tower, Yueyang Tower and Wangtengting are also called the four famous buildings in the south of China.

Zhenwuge, with three floors and three eaves, is a square tower with a height of13.2m, a width of13.8m and a depth of1/0.2m.. The whole exhibition hall uses 3000 lattice members of different sizes, which are cleverly connected in series. It has been hit by many earthquakes and strong winds, and it is still safe and sound. It has been resurrected.

Tickets for Zhenwu Pavilion in 50 yuan are open to local people before 8am, and there is a park where local people can exercise and walk. Some tourists can join with the locals in the morning, and then they can get free tickets. Have you visited this legendary ancient building? Welcome to leave a message and make suggestions.
