What does the shift system mean?
Subject classrooms and teachers are fixed, and students choose their own development level classes according to their own ability level and interest desire. Different levels of classes have different teaching contents and degree requirements, and the difficulty of homework and exams is also different.
The shift system is a new teaching model that has been implemented in many high schools in China, similar to universities. This mode is: daily management is still in a fixed class, which is called administrative class, but students can freely choose the content of class and the classroom where they study, and the classroom where students take classes after class is the teaching class. Students in different classes go to different classrooms according to the subjects they choose, and they will teach by themselves when necessary.
"Attending classes" satisfies students' hobbies, gives them full autonomy in learning, embodies students' dominant position, and wins students' general welcome. It plays a great role in improving students' autonomous learning ability.
