This summer vacation, in the scorching heat, after a bumpy journey, my parents and I arrived at my grandparents' home. Every morning, we can drink delicious soybean milk. I really want to know how to make soybean milk, so one morning, I watched my aunts grind soybean milk and make tofu with great interest.

It's not easy to eat good tofu. First, soak the soybeans in water and let the beans "take off" their clothes; Then put the swollen soybeans into a stone mill with appropriate amount of water, and push the stone mill to grind into raw soybean milk. I felt very hard when I helped my aunt push the stone mill, but I felt very fulfilled when I saw pure white raw soybean milk flowing out of the stone mill. Step 2, pour the ground raw soybean milk into a filter bag, filter out the bean dregs, and squeeze out pure soybean milk; Then put the pure soybean milk into a pot and boil it. In this way, the cooked soybean milk is ready. Fill a bowl with a little sugar, which is especially fresh and pure. The third step is to "change" the cooked soybean milk into tofu. First, add gypsum water to the cooked soybean milk and stir it a little, and it will become tofu pudding. Then take out the square mold and put the filter cloth into the mold. Then pour the tofu pudding in. After a while, wrap the tofu in the mold with a filter cloth, cover it with a board, press on a heavy object, and drain the water, and it will become a piece of snow-white tofu. The most important thing in this step is to add a proper amount of gypsum water, otherwise the tofu will not taste good.

After watching the whole process of tofu making, I not only learned the basic methods of tofu making, but also realized the meaning of "a little hardship".
