How to make red bean paste well
The main ingredients are red beans and sugar.
Methods/steps
Cook red beans in an electric pressure cooker regularly for 60 minutes-it takes so long to put too many beans, and it takes about half an hour to lose them!
Although the red beans cooked in the pot look very dry, they are actually only a superficial layer-see if the red beans below are quite "moist"! (*^__^*)
Put some cooked red beans into another pot, boil the water, and then add jiaozi. . .
I use this sweet-scented osmanthus seasoning to wrap jiaozi.
After jiaozi is boiled, add sugar to the pot (the sweetness depends on personal taste)
Melt lotus root starch with warm water (I like to eat thick bean paste, so I use 3 packets of lotus root starch)-drop the melted lotus root starch into the pot evenly in a round shape, and stir it with a spoon while pouring (the purpose of stirring is to prevent the lotus root starch from caking in the pot).

Sprinkle osmanthus and mix well, then turn off the fire and you're done!

How about it! It's simple, right? . . If you like bean paste as much as I do, try to make it yourself!
