The difference between SaaS model and traditional software service model

SaaS mode has changed the traditional deployment mode of OA, CRM and ERP systems. The deployment and implementation of enterprise management software is more important than the function and performance of the software itself. If the deployment fails, all the investment is almost in vain, which is a risk that every enterprise user wants to avoid. The usual deployment cycle of software projects takes at least one or two years or even longer, while the deployment of software projects in SaaS mode will not exceed 90 days at most, and users do not need to invest in software licensing and hardware.

Traditional software is limited by space and location, so it must be used on fixed devices, while software projects in SaaS mode can be used anywhere with Internet access.
