Nian Gao is a traditional food of the Chinese Han people, belonging to the Lunar New Year seasonal food. Rice cake is made of rice or glutinous rice, boiled into rice with beaten or water ground into powder and then pressed into the cake, in the Spring Festival, many regions of China have to pay attention to eat rice cake. Legend of Rice Cake:

Anciently, during the Spring and Autumn Period and the Warring States Period, there were many years of war.
