Taking this speed-up map adjustment as an opportunity, the railway department has carefully designed and launched a number of new passenger and cargo transportation products. In terms of passenger transport, a new through express passenger train 19 pairs was opened. All the trains adopt the most advanced Bombardier and 25T passenger cars in China, and the maximum running speed reaches160km, with one stop on the way and point-to-point transportation. Direct express trains are arranged to start and end in Beijing-Shanghai, Hangzhou, Yangzhou, Nanjing, Suzhou, Hefei, Wuhan, Changsha, Harbin, Changchun, Xi 'an, Tianjin-0/3 cities with large passenger flow, so as to realize rapid passenger transport among big cities; The through express train adopts continuous tracking mode. With this speed increase, the railway department has greatly improved the quality connotation of the Xi 'an-Chaoan train brand, further optimized the departure time, and used the best time to operate the Xi 'an-Chaoan train. SS8 electric locomotive is a kind of AC DC drive phased electric locomotive used for quasi-high-speed trunk passenger transport. It is a national key scientific and technological project during the Eighth Five-Year Plan (special contract number: 85-402-0 1-02), which was jointly developed by Zhuzhou Machinery Factory and Zhuzhou Institute. Originally designed for quasi-high-speed railway of Guangzhou-Shenzhen line, it has been used for rapid passenger transport of electrified railways in China's main trunk lines. SS8 electric locomotive, 1998, set a high-speed record of 240km/h in the section from Xuchang to Xiaoshangqiao of Beijing-Guangzhou Railway. Third, the technical characteristics

(1)B0 bogie adopts the hollow shaft full suspension of traction motor wheelset and one-side straight-toothed six-bar universal joint transmission to reduce the unsprung weight of quasi-high-speed passenger locomotive and obtain good dynamic performance and specific performance. The traction device is a push-pull low-level traction rod, and the traction point is 220mm high from the rail surface, which is beneficial to the adhesion traction of the locomotive.

(2) 900kW ZD 1 15 pulse traction motor is adopted, with full lamination and double H insulation.

(3) The locomotive main circuit is an unequal three-section semi-controlled bridge rectifier circuit, and the thyristor parallel stepless magnetic field weakening circuit can realize stepless speed regulation in the whole operation area of locomotive traction characteristics. The rectifier adopts high-power thyristor KPA 1300 -28 and rectifier ZPA2 100-28.

(4) The locomotive electric braking mode is feed resistance braking, which can maintain a large braking force at low speed.

(5) Using microcomputer control system, the control functions include characteristic control, anti-skid line control during air defense transfer, speed grading control, over-phase control, diagnosis, monitoring and display.

(6) The locomotive is equipped with a train power supply system, which can provide air conditioning, heating, tea stoves, lighting and other power supplies to passenger trains.

(7) The locomotive can be equipped with a speed grading control system, which communicates with the on-board microcomputer to carry out electric braking priority conversion, common braking and emergency braking.

(8) The DK- 1 brake is adopted, which has the function of air-electric combined braking, and can realize the direct control of the electric command of the train electro-pneumatic braking system, so as to ensure the driving safety.

(9) The shape of the locomotive simulated in the wind tunnel can reduce the wind resistance when the locomotive is running.

(10) The car body is an integral load-bearing structure, and the finite element analysis is adopted to optimize the design, so as to reduce the weight on the premise of ensuring the strength of the car body.

2. Shaoshan 9 electric locomotive

I. Introduction

Based on the mature Shaoshan series electric locomotive technology, SS9 six-axle trunk high-power quasi-high-speed passenger electric locomotive adopts many advanced technologies of international passenger locomotives, and is the locomotive with the highest power for drawing passenger trains on trunk railways in China.

The continuous power of the locomotive is 4800kW, and the speed environment of ordinary passenger trains will be improved. Under the axial and traction conditions, the Co-C constant power speed range is 99- 160km/h, and the highest speed is170 km/h/h. The locomotive main circuit adopts three unequal half-controlled bridge rectifier circuits, and three motors are connected in parallel to realize stepless flux weakening and feed resistance braking.

The locomotive is equipped with 8668kVA large-capacity main transformer, which realizes the integration of main transformer, smoothing reactor and filter reactor of six-axis electric locomotive. The locomotive has the ability to supply power to the train, the power supply voltage is DC600V, and the capacity is 2×400kW.

The locomotive adopts hollow wheel six-bar elastic transmission mechanism and traction motor fully suspended three-axle bogie, and is equipped with 900kW pulse traction motor with fully laminated frame mechanism. The primary and secondary suspension systems and foundation braking system are designed reasonably, which can meet the operation requirements of 170km/h and have good dynamic performance.

Aerodynamic optimization design and lightweight design of the locomotive are carried out, and the lightweight design of the car body and components carried by the all-steel welded structure on the side wall is adopted, which meets the requirement of locomotive axle load of 2 1 ton. The design of locomotive cab conforms to the principle of ergonomics and adopts all-inclusive structure, with elegant decorative environment and convenient operation.

The locomotive adopts the characteristic control mode of constant current and quasi-constant speed, which can give full play to the maximum starting traction of locomotive. The locomotive is equipped with anti-slip/skid protection system, axle load transfer compensation control, wheel-rail automatic lubrication system and train safety monitoring device. The locomotive control system adopts LCU logic control unit and microcomputer control system, which has the functions of control, diagnosis and monitoring, and the software can be easily modified to meet the requirements of locomotive control.

3. Dongfeng 1 1-G diesel locomotive.

I. Introduction

Dongfeng 1 1G diesel locomotive is a quasi-high speed two-engine passenger diesel locomotive. Dongfeng 1 1G locomotive was specially developed for the fifth speed increase of China Railway. According to the task that Qishuyan Locomotive & Rolling Stock Factory was given by the Ministry of Railways in 2003 to develop speed-up locomotives for the fifth speed-up of China Railway, the diesel locomotive Dongfeng 1 1g was developed by Qishuyan Factory on the basis of Dongfeng 1 1G, and the model code was DF1g. In June of the same year165438+1October, the trial production of two prototypes was completed and mass production began. At that time, the Ministry of Railways was promoting the slogan of "leap-forward development of railways", so the word "leap" was marked on the body of each Dongfeng 1 1G locomotive. Dongfeng 1 1G locomotive adopts a fixed double-machine reconnection combination, which consists of two single-section locomotives with the same structure. A single locomotive adopts a single cab, and its running parts are the same as those of Dongfeng 1 1 locomotives. Equipped with 16V280ZJA diesel engine, the maximum working power is 2× 36 10KW. The total weight of the locomotive is 2× 138 tons, the nominal power of the locomotive is 2×3040 kW, the maximum speed is 170 km/h, the axle type is 2(Co-Co), and the axle weight is 23 tons. It has the function of locomotive supplying power to passenger cars. Each locomotive is equipped with an auxiliary generator, and two locomotives can supply power independently. Adopt streamlined head shape to reduce the pressure wave when meeting with adjacent cars, standardize bridge and pipeline, and adopt microcomputer network control technology. Its design fully draws lessons from the mature and reliable technologies of Dongfeng 1 1 and Dongfeng 1 1Z locomotives, and some key components are imported, using mature and reliable technologies from abroad. Dongfeng 1 1G was the most advanced AC DC diesel locomotive operated by China Railway at that time. Dongfeng 1 1G locomotive traction 18-20 bus can reach 160 km/h on a slope of three thousandths.
