What snacks does the authentic Cantonese morning tea include?

Guangdong morning tea snacks can be divided into six categories.

One: Steamed meat, such as chicken feet, ribs, pork belly, beef brisket, cold melon rolls, etc.

Desserts: egg tarts, coconut balls, bean paste cakes, crystal cakes, etc. There are also about thirty varieties.

Three: steamed in small cages, such as the famous shrimp dumplings, dry steamed bean curd, delicious seafood steamed buns, etc.

Four: Steaming in a big cage is actually not much bigger than steaming in a small cage, but the difference is that the skins of these things are mostly made of wool, such as barbecued pork buns, cream buns and lotus buns.

Five: porridge, such as raw fish porridge, raw chicken porridge, head porridge, preserved egg lean meat porridge and so on. The last category is frying, such as fried dumplings, salty dumplings and fried spring rolls.
