What are the characteristics of Maotai-flavor liquor?

Maotai-flavor liquor has five characteristics:

1. Pure grain brewing, without adding other substances.

Maotai-flavor liquor is brewed with pure grain, and no spices are added in the brewing process. In the process of repeated fermentation, three special flavors are naturally formed: maotai flavor, cellar bottom flavor and mellow flavor.

2. Appearance and taste

Colorless (or yellowish) transparent, without impurities and precipitation, with outstanding sauce flavor, elegant and delicate, elegant and lasting empty cup, soft and mellow, and long aftertaste.

3. Less volatile substances, less stimulation to human body.

In the process of "three highs" distillation of Maotai-flavor liquor, the temperature of receiving liquor is as high as 40 degrees, which is nearly twice as high as that of other flavor liquors, and harmful substances are effectively volatilized at high temperature.

4. Rich in effective ingredients beneficial to health.

Maotai-flavor liquor contains SOD, which is a special oxygen free radical scavenger. Its main function is to remove excess free radicals in human body, and it has obvious anti-tumor, anti-fatigue, anti-virus and anti-aging effects. At the same time, Maotai-flavor liquor can also induce liver to produce metallothionein, which is much stronger than SOD. Metallothionein inhibits hepatic stellate cells from separating glial fibers and forming cirrhosis.

5. High acidity is good for health.

Maotai-flavor liquor has high acidity, which is 3-5 times that of other liquors, mainly acetic acid and lactic acid. Chinese medicine theory holds that acid governs the spleen and stomach, protects the liver and softens blood vessels.
