Article 1 The Articles of Association are formulated in accordance with the Education Law of the People's Republic of China, the Education Law of the People's Republic of China, the Higher Education Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) and the relevant provisions of the state in order to further standardize the enrollment procedures, ensure the smooth enrollment work, thoroughly implement the "sunshine enrollment", standardize the enrollment behavior and ensure the smooth enrollment work.

Article 3 These Articles of Association are only applicable to the enrollment of Guangxi Institute of Physical Education.

Chapter II Organizational Structure

Article 4 The Admissions and Employment Office shall, under the unified leadership of the school Party Committee and the school administration, organize and implement the enrollment work and be responsible for handling the daily enrollment affairs. According to the relevant regulations of the Ministry of Education, the school set up a leading group for enrollment, which is responsible for leading and organizing the enrollment of our school.

Article 5 The school discipline inspection and supervision office and the school enrollment work leading group shall supervise and inspect the enrollment work, and investigate and deal with the enrollment complaints and related enrollment violations.

Chapter IV Access Principles

Article 7 According to the relevant documents of the Ministry of Education and the requirements of the admission (education) examination institutes of all provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government), it is based on the unified examination results of ordinary colleges and universities nationwide and the college entrance examination results of some provinces and cities. Continue to implement the "sunshine project" for college entrance examination enrollment, and adhere to the principles of fair competition, open selection, comprehensive assessment, comprehensive evaluation and merit-based admission.

In the published enrollment plan, students are selected according to the principle of "professional order, score first". Details are as follows:

1. Admission rules for general literature, history, science and engineering majors: according to the first major that candidates apply for, they will be admitted in the order of high score to low score (if there is the same filing score, they will be admitted from high to low, the same below) until they reach the full quota; If the first major is not admitted, the candidates will be admitted in the order from high score to low score in the second major until the full quota is reached; And so on.

2. Admission rules for sports majors: according to the first major reported by the candidates, they are admitted in the order of high score to low score (if there are the same scores, they are admitted from high score to low score) until they reach the full quota; If the first major is not admitted, the candidates will be admitted in the order from high score to low score in the second major until the full quota is reached; And so on.

3. Admission rules for art majors: according to the first major that candidates apply for, they will be admitted in the order of high score to low score (if they have the same filing score, they will be admitted from high score to low score) until they reach the full amount; If the first major is not admitted, the candidates will be admitted in the order from high score to low score in the second major until the full quota is reached; And so on.

4. The admission rules for individual examination enrollment and counterpart enrollment in secondary vocational schools can be found in the school's individual/counterpart enrollment brochure.

Chapter V Tuition and Scholarship Loan Policies

Tenth professional tuition fees in accordance with the Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region Price Bureau approved fees.

Chapter VI Graduation Certificate

Twelfth students who have completed all the courses specified in the teaching plan and passed the examination can obtain the graduation certificate of Guangxi Institute of Physical Education electronically registered by the Ministry of Education.

Chapter VII Supplementary Provisions

Thirteenth Guangxi Institute of Physical Education does not entrust any intermediary institutions or individuals to engage in enrollment work. After the promulgation of the articles of association, if the enrollment policies of the relevant provinces (autonomous regions) are adjusted, Guangxi Institute of Physical Education will formulate corresponding enrollment methods according to the enrollment policies of the relevant provinces (autonomous regions) and announce them separately.
