The "Manchu-Han feast" refers to a large meal, what are its categories?

The "Manchu-Han banquet" is a grand feast that combines the flavors of the Manchu and Han peoples, and is the crown of China's classical feasts. The original impact of the banquet was to help the rulers of the Qing Dynasty to communicate and eliminate conflicts. Because the feast gathered the best of both Manchu and Han cuisine, the rulers took advantage of the ****same diet to achieve unity of thought and viewpoint. Therefore, the original Manchurian-Chinese banquet was more than just a food feast.
