Light-emitting diodes are different from traditional light bulbs.

The light bulb of the building usually uses 200V alternating current, while the light-emitting diode only needs a small current to light up. As far as brightness is concerned, led can't compare with light bulb. The reason why LED can be soldered on the circuit board is that the required current is relatively small, and only a thin copper wire is needed on the circuit board. If a light bulb is replaced on the circuit board, it can be lit by alternating current in theory, but the wiring of the circuit board should be very wide.

There is also a spiral light bulb, because it needs good contact. You can imagine what will happen if the 220V electrical contact is not good. At present, many light bulbs are not spiral, but directly stuck, but spiral is widely used.
