How to account for the work funds allocated for party building work

Party building funds for grass-roots organizations refers to the funds allocated to each party branch and directly under the party branch for party building from the College's business funds and party fees paid by party members.

At the beginning of each year, the College approves the total amount of funds for party construction of grass-roots organizations according to the standard of not less than 200 yuan per capita of party members per year, and then the Organization Department of the Party Committee approves the funds for party construction according to the standard of not less than 180 yuan per capita of party members at the end of the previous year in accordance with the number of members of each party branch and branch directly under the Party Committee (less than 1,000 yuan is supplemented by 1,000 yuan), and then the funds will be allocated to each party branch and branch directly under the Party Committee for the approval of the leaders of the College Party Committee. The funding will be allocated to each general party branch and directly subordinate party branch. The remaining portion of the total party building funds will be used for innovative party building projects of grassroots party organizations.

When allocating funds for party building to grassroots party organizations from the party fees paid by members, different allocation standards will be set according to the payment of party fees by employees and students, and the allocation method will be the same as above.
