Daqiao Village Committee is located in the northwest of Da Qiao Town, which is the central village committee of Da Qiao Town, 35km away from the county seat. It governs 7 natural villages with 337 households 1887 people, including 75 poor households, 344 poor people, 29 low-income households and 7/kloc-0 low-income people. 1887 people participated in rural medical care, and the participation rate was 100%. Cultivated land area 1 154 mu, forest land area 4522.5 mu. At present, there are 100 households (sets) in Benkangwu (concrete structure) and 37 households (sets) in biogas digesters. Guanlan Academy is located in Xinshufang Village, Da Qiao Town, Ruyuan Yao Autonomous County, Shaoguan City.
