1, laying insulation

First of all, construction workers should clean up the construction site, the ground should be flat, dry and free of debris.

Subsequently, the insulation layer is laid on the ground. With the wet laying method, aluminum foil is laid on top of the insulation board as a reflective layer. The dry laying method is special in that it has a groove on the surface, in which a galvanized sheet is laid.

For the ground with large moisture, a moisture-proof layer should be laid under the heat insulation layer.

2, pipe laying

Piping in accordance with the design drawings laid on the insulation board, should try to make the pipeline horizontal and vertical, when the pipe bends, should be fixed at the top of the arc, can not appear "dead fold". It is understood that the more common is back to the zigzag rotary wiring.

It should be noted that the pipeline laid in the cement filling layer can not have joints. In addition, in the process of underfloor heating construction, pay attention to the protection of the pipe, to avoid stepping on or other external damage.

3, connect the collector / distributor

Collector / distributor center spacing should be 20 cm, the distributor on the top, the collector in the bottom, the collector should be more than 30 cm from the ground. Connect the floor heating pipe with the collector/splitter, and should be exposed to the ground outside the floor heating pipe with a plastic sleeve.

4, pressure test

Before the pressure test, the pipeline should be flushed with water, the test pressure should not be less than 0.6Mpa, it is best to set the working pressure of 1.5 times. Pressure test lasts 1 hour, if the pressure drop is within 0.05MPa, it can basically prove that the floor heating system is working properly.

5, ground filling

Wet paving method usually use concrete or ceramic backfill, and more by the decoration company to complete. And dry paving method is to use the pressurized board laying. Usually the thickness of wet paving method is about 6-8 cm, while wet paving method is about 3-4 cm thick.
