Ball mill principle

The working principle of the ball mill is that the materials are sent to the ball mill barrel through the hollow shaft diameter, and the motor drives the ball mill barrel to drive. Under the action of the cylinder rotating at a certain speed, the substances and media in the cylinder move, including gravity, centrifugal force and friction. When the grinding medium reaches a certain height with the cylinder, when its weight is greater than centrifugal force, it will be thrown off the inner wall of the cylinder, falling or rolling down. Because the gravitational potential energy is converted into kinetic energy when falling, the steel ball will collide with the ore at a certain final speed.
