First, clamp the door frame from all sides with a wooden wedge, and then tighten the door frame from the inner opening of the door frame with a fixture and a wooden wedge. By clamping the wooden wedge inside and outside the door frame, adjust the verticality and levelness of the door frame and the inner diameter of the door frame to meet the design requirements (the gap between the door frame and the door leaf is 2.5-3mm/ side, and the door leaf is 5-8mm from the ground).

Before filling the polystyrene foam between the door frame and the wall, clean the wall, wet the wall with a watering can, and then fill the polystyrene foam. Pay attention to the proper amount of styrofoam, and cut the excess styrofoam flat with a blade.

After the styrofoam is cured for 4-6 hours, remove the tooling and wooden wedge, glue in the groove of the door frame, then embed the door cover line into the door frame, and gently tap and compact it to make the door cover line closely fit the wall surface.

Pay attention to the opening direction of the door, install hardware, the gap between the door leaf and the door frame meets the design requirements, and ensure the flexible opening and closing of the door leaf.
