How long does it take to make wine?

When the weather is hot, it takes about 20 days to a month for the grapes to ferment, but in this season, it takes about 40 days. After opening the bottle, you can drink the wine directly by pulling out the grape skins that are floating on the top. Note that if you prefer a stronger wine, you can delay the opening of the bottle.
